Return/Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your order. While we don’t offer refunds or exchanges unless there’s a problem with the product, we’ll always make it right if something goes wrong.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, we’ll gladly replace it. Please take a photo of the damaged item — it helps our packing team improve how we wrap and send our products. To report the issue, contact us at orders@capecup.co.za, use the live chat on our website, or call us on (+27) 086 199 9313 within 7 days of receiving your order.
Defective Products
If any product is found to be defective, you’re welcome to return it for an exchange or full refund within 7 days of delivery. Just get in touch and we’ll take care of the rest.
Biodegradable Products
Because biodegradable products are heat-sensitive and their storage conditions are out of our control once they leave our warehouse, they cannot be returned or refunded.
Unsealed Items
Due to Food Safety Regulations, we’re unable to accept returns of any unsealed items unless the product is defective.
