Delivery times depend on your location, but here’s what you can expect:

*Outlying areas include: Stellenbosch, Somerset West, Gordon's Bay, Strand, Deep South, and Hout Bay. These areas have fixed delivery routes — your order will be delivered on the next delivery day scheduled for your location.

Note:

All orders dispatched outside of Cape Town are sent via courier. While we guarantee same-day dispatch for orders placed and paid before 12pm, courier delivery timelines are outside of our direct control.

Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please note:

• We do not accept returns on biodegradable products due to their sensitive shelf life.
• If there is a problem with your order, we’re more than happy to assist and resolve the issue.
• Customers outside Cape Town must arrange and cover the cost of the return courier.
• Returned goods will be inspected, and if all is in order, a reimbursement will be processed. A 10% handling fee may apply.
